THE TRUE HISTORY OF GAMES OF DEATH OF SAMDECH EUV SIHANOUK AGAINST YUON

Thursday, July 30, 2009

During Vietnam War as we already know very well, Vietcong tactfully used Prince Norodom Sihanouk’s name to con all Khmer Krom people including Buddhist monks to serve them fighting for Prince Norodom Sihanouk against American imperialists. Vietcong went right far beyond by using Cambodian flag with Prince Sihanouk’s name everywhere in Khmer Krom that they are fighting to get all the lands back for Prince Sihanouk. Many super-illiterate-ignorant Khmer Krom peasants were so happy to hear that so they supported Vietcong to fight against American imperialists.

Shortly after the March 18, 1970, coup d’etat in Phnom Penh, North Vietnam’s Minister Pham Van Dong called on me in Peking, and in the presence of China’s Prime Minister Zhou Enlai, swore to me in the name of his country that the Democratic Republic of Vietnam would always respect the above mentioned delineation of territorial borders, as well as the “Kingdom of Cambodia’s” coastal islands.

In the euphoria surrounding the close of the Summit Conference of Indochinese Peoples (April, 1970), Pham Van Dong promised Norodom Sihanouk, again in Zhou Enlai’s presence, that after our “joint victory over American imperialism,” he and I would together go and lay a monumental “friendship marker” somewhere along the Vietnam—Cambodia border. It would symbolise the two countries’ mutual respect of each other’s territorial integrity and national independence. The Khmer Rouge have never forgiven Communist Vietnam for violating these promises made to Cambodia…via Norodom Sihanouk!

In April 1970, during the Summit Conference of Indochinese Peoples that I had helped organise, Premier Pham Van Dong of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam said to me: “Your Highness, we earnestly wish to see you resume your functions as Cambodia’s head of state as soon as possible. We Vietnamese are your faithful allies; we will fight to the finish for your just cause. We Vietnamese will help you with all our resources and in all good faith.”

Like Lon Nol camp and Khmer Rouge objected to my trust in the oral promises and written assurances the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Vietcong had made to Kampuchea during the 1960s and after Lon Nol’s coup as well.

In their view, the Vietnamese had every fault in the book. Khmer Rouge and Lon Nol’s supporters are fond of saying the Vietnamese are “bigger ingrates than crocodiles.” To the Khmers the crocodiles are the symbol of ingratitude. The folk story goes that a Khmer peasant saved a baby crocodile from dying. Despite his poverty, the good fellow then went to great trouble to feed the little creature well. Soon it grew big and strong. One day the crocodile, tired of the same sort of food every day, pushed asides his serving of rabbit or monkey ad unceremoniously gulped down his benefactor.

As a Khmer old saying goes like this: “Crabs always like to eat shit.” What it really means is that Yuon bloodthirsty leaders, who have brutally been sucking Cambodian victims’ blood for more than 200 years since they illegally controlled/ruled, robbed and plundered Cambodia. They held Cambodian royal families and mandarins as their hostages at their will during 18th century. So this time, they are like crabs that like to eat shit again. Hanoi bloodthirsty leaders who used their old dirty tricks once again trying to kidnap Samdech Euv Sihanouk and his royal families who were well-protected by Chinese soldiers and North Korean bodyguards in his royal palace in Phnom Penh. But how did they know very well about Samdech Euv Sihanouk was still alive in his own royal palace like that? Because the people in the outside world and nearly all Cambodians who thought he was already killed after he announced his resignation pretending to be dead in 1976. Yuon Dracula-leaders used this dirty trick once again because they thought that their ancestors who used to doing it very successfully against Queen Ang Mai and her royal families. But Samdech Euv Sihanouk who perfectly and secretly used his Chinese soldiers and North Korean bodyguards who had impersonated themselves as the Khmer Rouge soldiers preventing him from being snatched away by Yuon Angkar Leu/Cap Tren. Samdech Euv Sihanouk, in those days, could not use his real Khmer Rouge soldiers to protect him because there were so many Yuon Rouge who secretly had impersonated themselves as the leaders of the Khmer Rouge yotheas and former cruel bandits who would kidnap him and his royal families as its hostages for Yuon Hanoi Dracula leaders.
