He has been accepted by many as one of the super stars for his years of experience in Khmer entertainment, countless of Karaoke songs, many live performances and more than 20 movies. He is not only great at acting, designing and developing new choreographies but he is also a great team leader coaching and mentoring his teammates. To his fans, Nhem Sokun is a super star and to his teammates, he is a great Ream Chbong.

Part of his interview with Fancy, Angkorthom.US Admin Team, Nhem Sokun said that he started his career by dancing in the background, not even on the stage but behind the stage. He begged Mr. Leap – the dancing instructor to let him learn how to dance behind the stage as there was no room for him on the stage and he did not have money to pay to be in the class. He did this for months until he was allowed to be part of the group because someone was absent, and they needed him. He then managed to make himself standing out from others and got selected to get a job with TV5. His entertainment career took off afterward.
